CT Tech - ARRT(CT)
CT Technologists are responsible for capturing images of body tissues and organs using computed tomography equipment. Some job duties include: Preparing patients for the exams, interpreting the physician’s scanning instructions, administering contrast materials, operating Computed Tomography equipment to capture images, completing records concerning the scans, and maintaining the CT equipment. CT technologists are required to complete a minimum of a two to four year program that leads to a certificate, Associate degree, or Bachelor’s degree in computed tomography. They must also receive certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in computed tomography. In addition, all states require physical therapists to be licensed to practice in that state.
V Platinum Consulting can find temporary or permanent positions nationwide for CT technologists that have at least one year of experience in computed tomography. Our company also offers health insurance with the American Worker and 401k for employees who have worked with V Platinum for a full calendar year.
